Whoever said we couldn't wear a sweater and a bikini together, and call it a thing?
Well since moving to the cold and wet PNW, designing little bikinis didn't really appeal to me during the winter. I was constantly layering up and was not inspired - at - all.
While drawing blank ideas, I thought "why don't I go online for just a minute and look for some warm tops to add to my wardrobe". That's when the idea came about! 💡 SWEATER BIKINIS!
So this winter, I've been working on creating the ideal cropped sweater bikini that would fit almost any time of the year (except snowy/ wet winter days of course 😉 )

This young lady here is Remy and I thought that would be the perfect name for this 3/4 sleeve cropped sweater paired with our cheeky chevron bikini bottom that also comes with a free pattern.
The Stitch
This pattern was so much fun to work on and the pattern stitch that I used was super easy. This top consist of simple Seed stitches which gives it a unique texture. What exactly are Seed Stiches you may ask?

Well it is basically an alternate between the single crochet stitch and the double crochet stitch in a row. Check out the Zen Halter top that also uses this stitch as well

If you like this crop top you might also like the Raglan Crop top or the Hanna Crop top as well.
I have since updated this pattern to include all size inclusive! Yay!
